For a decision converting a company from one legal form to another to become effective, the legislature required its publication in the Official Gazette and in 2 daily newspapers, the lapse of 60 days from the date of publication, completion of the procedures required by law for establishing the type of company into which that company is to be converted, and then annotation thereof in the Commercial Register. - The legislature's prescription of a particular form for a contract. It is not valid if if that form is satisfied. Any amendment introduced into that contract. Must satisfy that form. The reason: the formality prescribed by law pertains to public policy.
