English translation of the principle
An application to annul a contract for fraudulent misrepresentation. Permissible for a person whose consent resulted from artifices directed at that person with the intention of deceiving and thereby inducing that person to contract. Its condition. Proof that the person would not have accepted the contract in the form accepted but for being deceived by those artifices.

طلب إبطال العقد للتدليس. جوازه لمن جاء رضاءه نتيجة حيل وجهت إليه بقصد تغريره ودفعه بذلك إلى التعاقد، شرطه. ثبوت أنه ما كان يرتضى العقد على نحو ما ارتضاه عليه لولا خديعته بهذه الحيل.Original Arabic judgment citations
