English translation of the principle

The general rule is the contracting parties' freedom to modify contractual liability within the limits of the law and the rules of public policy. - An insurance policy may include reasonable restrictions on the insured concerning the use and driving of the vehicle. The condition for this. That they do not conflict with the provisions of the Traffic Law and its decisions. Example: a provision in the policy permitting the insurer to recover from the insured the amount of compensation it has paid if the driver of the vehicle, whether the insurer or another person, drives it without a driving licence for that type of vehicle.
