English translation of the principle

The agency provisions stipulated in the Civil Code. They apply to the relationship between a lawyer and his client insofar as no provision is made in the Law Regulating the Legal Profession. - Agency is a non-binding contract. Its implication. The principal may dismiss his agent at any time or restrict his agency, even if it is for a specified term, unless the agency is in the agent's interest. This relates to public policy, so agreement to the contrary is impermissible. The principal incurs no liability for that unless he dismissed his agent without reasonable justification or at an inappropriate time. A judgment contravening that and treating agency as a binding contract where a term is agreed, such that the agent cannot be dismissed before its expiry. Renders it defective and requires its cassation.
