The right to withdraw must be exercised during it; otherwise, the existence of the contract is confirmed. No period being specified by agreement or custom. This option remains available to the contracting party until he does something indicating his desire to confirm its existence and relinquish the option to withdraw, whether expressly or by an indication from the circumstances.

تحديد الاتفاق المدة التي يباشر خلالها خيار العدول أو جريان العرف على تحديدها. أثره. وجوب مباشرة رخصة العدول خلالها وإلا تأكد قيام العقد. عدم تحديد المدة اتفاقاً أو عرفاً. بقاء هذا الخيار قائماً للمتعاقد حتى يصدر منه ما ينم عن رغبته في تأكيد قيامه والنزول عن خيار العدول سواء صراحة أو من دلالة من ظروف الحال.Original Arabic judgment citations
