Registration of statements of claim submitted to suspend instruments requiring registration or entry for the purpose of challenging their contents. Its effect: the claimant’s right, if established by an annotated judgment, is enforceable against those who previously acquired - 405 - Obligation real rights from the date of registration or annotation, even if they were in good faith. The reason therefor: the law presumed their knowledge of the action brought to invalidate the instrument.
