عقد التوزيع. لا يلزم ثبوته بالكتابة. علة ذلك. - الاتفاق على تولي المطعون ضدها الأولى توزيع منتجات الشركة موكلتها وتجدد الاتفاق تلقائياً. عقد توزيع سلعة حسب تكييفه الصحيح. أثره. عدم خضوعه لشرط التسجيل لسماع الدعوى. انتهاء الحكم المطعون فيه إلى هذه النتيجة لاعيب.Original Arabic judgment citations
