Registration pursuant to the provisions of Part Three or Five of the Social Insurance Law(*) is undertaken by the Public Institution for Social Security in accordance with the provisions and conditions of this law. The institution’s role is confined to verifying satisfaction of these conditions in light of the facts and documents submitted by the persons concerned, without any discretionary authority, and its decision in this respect is merely declaratory of the right the insured derives directly from the law. - The institution’s cancellation of a contributor’s registration under one part and registration under another after discovering that the conditions for registration under that part are satisfied.
