Registration pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 or Part 5 of the Social Insurance Law(*) is undertaken by the Public Institution for Social Security. Its adherence therein to the provisions of this law. Reason therefor. Benefit from the provisions of the two aforementioned Parts is governed by the rules and conditions specified by law.
