English translation of the principle

Saying that the expression “interested party” refers only to someone who was a party to the judgment sought to be enforced. Constitutes a departure from the correct meaning of the wording of the provision. The judgment’s restriction of the request to affix the executory formula to the criminal judgment to the Public Prosecution. A violation of the law and an error in its application requiring its cassation.
