Court of Cassation. Decisions on the merits are subject to its review on the question of characterizing the act upon which the compensation claim is based as fault, or denying that characterization. - Inference of fault giving rise to liability is a matter for the court of merits. Its limit: that it be reasonable, have an established basis in the papers, and lead to the conclusion reached.
