Compensation of National Petroleum Company workers for bodily injuries or fatal accidents occurring to them while outside Kuwait. Its condition. That their injuries occurred while carrying out official or training assignments commissioned by the company for which they work. Failure to meet this condition. Its effect. The injury is not covered by insurance. Art. 19/a of the regulations of the aforementioned company.

تعويض عمال شركة البترول الوطنية عما يحدث لهم من إصابات جسدية أو حوادث وفاة وهم خارج الكويت. شرطه. أن تكون إصاباتهم قد حدثت أثناء قيامهم بمهمات رسمية أو تدريبية بتكليف من الشركة التي يعملون بها. تخلف هذا الشرط. أثره. عدم تغطية الإصابة تأمينياً. م ١٩ /أ من لائحة الشركة المذكورة.Original Arabic judgment citations
