English translation of the principle
Life and permanent total disability insurance for employees of the National Petroleum Company. The condition for entitlement thereto. Permanent total disability that wholly and permanently prevents the employee from practicing any occupation or work. Disability that diminishes the employee’s capacity without reaching this degree. It does not fall within the cases of entitlement to compensation stipulated in Article 22 of the National Petroleum Company’s Personnel Regulations. The compensation to which the insured employee is entitled under the group insurance scheme for permanent total disability due to illness equals his salary for 24 months.
