An application for interdiction of an insane, mentally infirm, gullible, or prodigal person. Those having an interest therein. The Department of Minors’ Affairs and every interested person. - Institution of the action by the female custodian of the children of the person whose interdiction is sought. Permissible. Reason therefor. Preventing harm and safeguarding the interests of her children by him.
