A guardian undertaking one of these dispositions without the court's permission is deemed to exceed the limits of his legal representation. Its effect. The disposition is relatively void in the minor's interest because it relates to diminished capacity for whose completion the law requires the court's permission. An example: concerning the court's refusal to issue general permission to the guardian to manage and dispose of the minors' property and the charitable share.
