Debtors’ liability in solidum accords with their joint and several liability in granting the creditor the right to claim the entire debt against all of them or one of them. Effect thereof. A judgment imposing liability in solidum rather than joint and several liability is not a judgment granting relief not sought by the litigants. - 240 - Obligation
