Multiple debtors for a single debt and different sources of each one's obligation. Its consequence. All are liable for performance of the obligation, and the creditor may claim the entire debt from any one of them individually, because they are concurrently liable in solidum for the debt. None of the debtors benefits from establishment of the other's liability so long as his own liability has been established. - The creditor's obtaining a judgment against one debtor. Does not deprive him of his right to claim against another debtor or the remaining debtors. Its condition: that he has not obtained satisfaction of his right from the first judgment debtor. The challenged judgment's departure from this. Contravention of the law and error in its application necessitating its cassation.
