A lease granted by one of the co-owners in undivided ownership. Its effects extend directly to the remaining co-owners. Basis thereof: legal representation. Condition thereof. Absence of an objection by the majority of the co-owners at the appropriate time. Effect thereof. The lessor and the remaining co-owners are obliged not to interfere with the lessee’s enjoyment of the entire property. The lessee may have recourse against the interfering party for the full warranty. Basis thereof. The lessor’s warranty obligation is indivisible.
