An action for rescission of a sale. It is time-barred after fifteen years. - Rescission of the sale contract. Its implication and effect. The price remaining in the seller’s hands becomes an ordinary debt, the right to recover which is not extinguished except upon expiry of the long limitation period. The basis thereof. Article 438, Civil Code.
