English translation
In the event of denial, an action concerning a personal right shall not be heard after fifteen years have elapsed, except in cases where the law specifies another period and the cases provided for in the following articles.

لا تسمع عند الإنكار الدعوى بحق من الحقوق الشخصية بمضي خمس عشرة سنة
وذلك فيما عدا الأحوال التي يعين فيها القانون مدة أخرى والأحوال المنصوص
