English translation
1 - The obligation shall be extinguished if the creditor releases his debtor. The release shall be complete when it comes to the debtor's knowledge and shall be reversed by his rejection of it. 2 - Rejection shall result in reinstatement of the obligation with its attendant attributes, the securities securing it, and the defenses applicable to it.

۱ - ينقضي الالتزام إذا أبرأ الدائن مدينه ويتم الإبراء متى وصل إلى علم المديــن
ويرتد برده.
٢ - ويترتب على الرد إعادة الالتزام بما يلحقه من صفات, وما يضمنه من تأمينات,
