The exercise of a right cannot give rise to censure or entail liability. Its limit: that it was not intended maliciously or obstinately, or attended by any form of negligence or fault. The rationale therefor. - Deviating, in exercising a right, from the purpose for which it was established and exercising it in a manner that does not harm others. Entails liability for the harm suffered by such others. - Enforcement of judgments is a judicial procedure. Its condition: directing enforcement against the judgment debtor and verifying the identity of the person against whom enforcement is undertaken.
