Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 2325

An action for nullity of subscription to shares in a joint-stock company. Becomes time-barred when the criminal action becomes time-barred; if the act is not criminally punishable, it becomes time-barred after 3 years from the date subscription closes. The condition therefor: violation of the provisions prescribed by the Commercial Companies Law for subscription.
