الطلب الذي يتقدم به العامل إلى إدارة العمل للمطالبة بحقوقه العمالية هو الإجراء الذي تبدأ به المطالبة القضائية في الدعوى العمالية. - رفع العامل دعواه مباشرة دون اتباع الطريق الذي رسمه الشارع لاقتضاء حقوقه. مطالبته لا تنتج أثراً في قطع التقادم.Original Arabic judgment citations
