عقد البيع. حق المشتري في حبس العين المبيعة بعد انحلاله حتى يوفيه البائع ما دفعه من ثمن. علة ذلك: التزامه بالتسليم يقابله التزام البائع برد ما تسلمه من الثمن. انقضاء حق المشتري في الحبس بوفاء البائع بالتزامه. قيام هذا الحق في حالة بيع ملك الغير في مواجهة البائع لملك الغير دون المالك الحقيقي. مخالفة ذلك. خطأ يُوجب تمييز الحكم. الوكالات العقارية في البيع:Original Arabic judgment citations
