Liquidation of the company. Its effect. The manager's capacity to represent it ceases, and the liquidator takes the manager's place and alone has capacity to represent it before the courts. The consequence thereof. Powers of attorney issued by the company's manager authorizing lawyers to appear on its behalf before the courts expire, and the lawyer who brings the appeal in cassation and signs its petition must be authorized by that liquidator; otherwise, it is brought by a person lacking capacity.
