The agent's domicile is recognized for service only at the level of litigation for which he was appointed. The effect thereof. Service of an appeal at the agent's domicile is precluded. The exception: the respondent having designated it as an elected domicile in the document serving the judgment.

موطن الوكيل لا يكون معتبراً في الإعلان إلا في درجة التقاضي التي وكل فيها. أثر ذلك. امتناع إعلان الطعن في موطن الوكيل. الاستثناء اتخاذ المطعون ضده إياه موطناً مختاراً في ورقة إعلان الحكم.Original Arabic judgment citations
