Establishment that the apparent agent is a non-Kuwaiti prohibited from engaging in commerce and for his own account or owning a commercial establishment. And that his signing the papers of the establishment he represents was in his capacity as its representative. This indicates the good faith of the person who dealt with him, in that he could only be a representative of its owner, thereby establishing apparent agency.
