Apparent agency. Its effect. The apparent agent represents the principal in his dealings with third parties. The effects of his disposition with third parties, in rights and obligations, accrue to the principal. The reason therefor. - Apparent agency. The conditions for its realization: the agent acting in the principal's name without authority to represent him, good faith on the part of the person dealing with the agent irrespective of the agent's good faith, and an outward appearance of agency attributable to the principal leading the third party to believe it exists.
