The agency contract. A revocable contract. It may be terminated at the will of either party and expires as soon as notice of dismissal reaches the agent. This is not altered by the specified term not having expired, or by the dismissal occurring at an inappropriate time or without an acceptable excuse. The agent may claim compensation if there are grounds for it. A remunerated agency. This alone is insufficient to give the agent an interest in its continuation that prevents his dismissal.
