منع الشخص من التصرف في أمواله. مقتضاه. غل يده عن إدارتها والتصرف فيها ولا يكون له حق التقاضي بشأنها. الحارس هو صاحب الصفة في تمثيله أمام القضاء. طعن الحارس في حكم صادر ضد الشخص الموضوع تحت الحراسة . أثره. عدم جواز اختصام الشخص في الطعن. علة ذلك.Original Arabic judgment citations
