تقدير التعويض الجابر للضرر. واقع تستقل به محكمة الموضوع. شرط ذلك. - تعديل محكمة الاستئناف قيمة التعويض بالزيادة أو النقص. من سلطتها ولا يجوز مناقشتها فيها أمام محكمة التمييز. شرطه. إيرادها الاعتبارات التي دعتها إلى ذلك وأن يؤدي ما أوردت إلى النتيجة التي انتهت إليها.Original Arabic judgment citations
