The sale of a commercial establishment is concluded only by an official instrument. Absence thereof. Its effect. Nullity. - Jurisdiction to examine the plea of nullity of the contract in which arbitration was agreed is vested in the ordinary judiciary. Basis thereof. Contravention thereof. An error in the application of the law and a deficiency necessitating cassation. 22- The court having jurisdiction over an application to challenge an arbitrator pursuant to the Law on Judicial Arbitration Tribunals:-
