The Public Authority for Industry. Its exclusive competence to allocate sites for industrial and craft plots, conclude their contracts, and collect consideration for their use. Its Board of Directors is entrusted with issuing decisions relating to the implementation of Law 56 of 1996. Articles 29/6, 32, 33, and 34 of the Law and Articles 30 and 52 of its Implementing Regulations. - 587 - Procedure 20- Competence to grant industrial licences:-
