Defending the interests of the Public Treasury in all cases brought by or against the Government before the courts. Vested in the Department of Legal Advice and Legislation. No prohibition on engaging a private lawyer from the private sector alongside it. - Kuwait Airways Corporation. The chairman of its board of directors represents it before the judiciary and may appoint a private lawyer alongside the lawyer of the Department of Legal Advice and Legislation. الدفاع عن مصالح الخزانة العامة في جميع القضايا التي ترفع من الحكومة أو عليها أمام المحاكم. لإدارة الفتوى والتشريع. عدم حظر الاستعانة إلى جانبها بمحام خاص من القطاع الأهلي. - مؤسسة الخطوط الجوية الكويتية. رئيس مجلس إدارتها هو الذي يمثلها أمام القضاء وله أن يوكل محامياً أهلياً إلى جانب محامى إدارة الفتوى والتشريع. توقيع هذا المحامى على صحيفة الطعن بالتمييز تستكمل به البيانات التي أوجبها القانون. ٣- إدارة الكتاب:-Original Arabic judgment citations
