Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 1483

The order issued by the President of the Court of First Instance pursuant to which the arbitrator's award is deemed enforceable. Its purpose: supervision of the arbitrator's work by verifying the existence of the arbitration submission agreement and that the arbitrator observed the form required by law. The President of the Court, in his capacity as judge of interim matters, is not permitted the right to examine the award on its merits and the extent of its conformity with the law.
