Laws concerning prescription. They apply from the time they take effect to every prescription period that has not been completed, pursuant to the immediate effect of legislation. The elapsed prescription period, determination of the moment at which it began, the manner of calculating it and any causes of interruption or suspension affecting it. These are governed by the old law. The new law governs the period running under it in these respects. - Scope of application of the law:-
