The ordinary method of bringing an action is by depositing its statement of claim with the registry. Its effect. Commencement of the proceedings. Service of the statement of claim on the defendant. A procedure necessary for their constitution. This means: proceedings commence upon deposit of the statement of claim and remain contingent upon its valid service. Failure thereof until issuance of the first-instance judgment. Its effect. الطريق الأصلي لرفع الدعوى هو بإيداع صحيفتها إدارة الكتاب. أثره. بدء الخصومة. إعلان الصحيفة للمدعى عليه. إجراء لازم لانعقادها. مفاد ذلك: أن الخصومة تبدأ بإيداع الصحيفة وتظل معلقة على شرط إعلانها إعلاناً صحيحاً. تخلف ذلك حتى صدور الحكم الابتدائي. أثره. زوال الخصومة وبطلان الحكم الصادر فيها. ٩- توقيع محام على صحيفة الدعوى:-Original Arabic judgment citations
