Assessment of the connection between two actions. Within the authority of the court of merits. The two actions must be consolidated whenever a connection is found between them that makes determination of one affect the outcome of the judgment in the other, such that their separate treatment may lead to contradictory judgments. Example of two actions brought to claim compensation for the same unlawful act.

تقدير الارتباط بين الدعويين. من سلطة محكمة الموضوع. وجوب ضم الدعويين متى تبين قيام صلة بينهما تجعل الفصل في أحدهما مؤثراً على وجه الحكم في الأخرى بحيث إنه قد يؤدي استقلال كل منهما إلى صدور أحكام متناقضة. مثال لدعويين رفعا للمطالبة بالتعويض عن ذات العمل غير المشروع.Original Arabic judgment citations
