The appellant’s complaint that service of the notice of appeal occurred by delivery of its copy to the officer in charge of the police station and before the judgment staying the action. Inadmissible. So long as the stay of the appeal as a sanction was ordered by a judgment independently subject to challenge.

نعي الطاعن بحصول الإعلان بصحيفة الاستئناف بتسليم صورتها إلي مسئول مخفر الشرطة وقبل الحكم بوقف الدعوى.غير مقبول. مادام أن القضاء بوقف الاستئناف جزاءً تم بموجب حكم قابل للطعن فيه استقلالاً.Original Arabic judgment citations
