State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Two · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The claimant's failure to perform any litigation procedure or to deposit documents. The court may stay the action instead of imposing a fine. Resumption of the action from the stay after expiry of the period without the claimant having carried out that for which the action was stayed. A ruling deeming the action never to have existed is permissible.
