Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 2563

Inadmissibility of a request to amend rights established under the Social Insurance Law after 2 years from the date of assessment or payment, save for the exceptions. Article 108. The exception does not include commutation of the retirement pension. Its effect: the action is inadmissible whenever brought after 2 years from the date of payment of the commutation value.
