An action for compensation for publication offences. It is barred upon the lapse of three months from the date of publication. This applies to compensation actions before the civil court or the criminal court. Failure to observe this time limit. Its effect. Forfeiture of the right to institute the action. The rule that criminal proceedings stay civil proceedings does not apply to the time limit specified for instituting the action.

دعوى التعويض عن جرائم النشر. سقوطها بانقضاء ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ النشر سريان ذلك على دعوى التعويض أمام المحكمة المدنية أو أمام المحكمة الجزائية. عدم مراعاة هذا الميعاد. أثره. سقوط الحق في رفع الدعوى. عدم انطباق قاعدة أن الجنائي يوقف المدني على الميعاد المحدد لرفع الدعوى.Original Arabic judgment citations
