Service on an association is directed to its management headquarters by delivering the copy to its legal representative, to one of those responsible for its management, or to a person acting in its place. If the association has no management headquarters, the copy is delivered to any of them personally, or at his workplace or domicile. If none of them is found, or the intended recipient refuses to receive the copy, it is delivered to the police station, and the person to be served is notified thereof by registered letter. When service on the association through the Public Prosecution is valid. Beginning with service on the association through the Public Prosecution renders it invalid.
