Obtaining a payment order to recover a debt established in writing. Mandatory under Law 44/1989 amending certain provisions of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Code. This relates to litigation procedures and applies to actions brought before the courts after its entry into force concerning a debt satisfying the conditions for obtaining that order.
