Assessing the connection between two actions. Within the authority of the trial court. The two actions must be consolidated whenever a connection between them is established that makes determination of one affect the outcome of the other, such that proceeding independently in each may lead to conflicting judgments. Example of two actions brought to claim compensation for the same unlawful act.

تقدير الارتباط بين الدعويين. من سلطة محكمة الموضوع. وجوب ضم الدعويين متى تبين قيام صلة بينهما تجعل الفصل في أحدهما مؤثراً على وجه الحكم في الأخرى بحيث إنه قد يؤدي استقلال كل منهما إلى صدور أحكام متناقضة. مثال لدعوتين رفعا للمطالبة بالتعويض عن ذات العمل غير المشروع.Original Arabic judgment citations
