تقدير أتعاب المحاماة يكون لمحكمة الموضوع بناء على طلب المحكوم له في حدود طلباته وفي ضوء الأتعاب الفعلية التي تحملها بمراعاة موضوع الدعوى ودرجة التقاضي المنظور أمامها. المنازعة في تقديرها. جدل موضوعي لا يجوز إثارته أمام محكمة التمييز.Original Arabic judgment citations
