Demanding from shareholders the outstanding value of their shares during the company's existence and before its termination. The manner thereof: it may recover its entitlement itself by offering the shares for sale at public auction or on the stock exchange, satisfying its entitlement and returning the remainder of the price to the shareholder. Article 104 of the Companies Law.

مطالبة المساهمين بما تبقى في ذمتهم من قيمة أسهمهم حال حياة الشركة وعدم انقضائها. كيفيته: لها اقتضاء حقها بنفسها بعرض الأسهم للبيع في مزاد علني أو بالبورصة وتستوفى حقها وترد ماتبقى من الثمن إلى المساهم. مادة ١٠٤ من قانون الشركات.Original Arabic judgment citations
