Tender and deposit where the subject is money or another thing that can readily be delivered to the creditor at his original domicile or place of work without difficulty. Manner thereof: following the steps prescribed in Articles 299, 300 of the Code of Procedure, namely formal tender through the process server, who must record the substance of the creditor's response to the tender. العرض والإيداع إذا كان نقوداً أو شيئاً آخر مما يتيسر معه بغير مشقة تسليمه للدائن في موطنه الأصلي أو محل عمله. كيفيته: باتباع الخطوات المنصوص عليها بالمادتين ٢٩٩، ٣٠٠ مرافعات وهي العرض الحقيقي بواسطة مندوب الإعلان الذي يجب عليه إثبات مضمون إجابة الدائن على العرض. قبول الدائن العرض. أثره. عدم اتخاذ مرحلة الإيداع. الإيداع دون العرض السابق له. عدم اعتباره وفاءً مبرئاً للذمة. ٢- إجراءات المزايدة:-Original Arabic judgment citations
