Instruments admissible to prove the origin of ownership pursuant to Article 14 of the Real Estate Registration Law. Their nature. - An application submitted by the person concerned to the authority entrusted with registration procedures to verify his possession of real property. It is not an instrument admissible to prove the origin of ownership or a right in rem, and its registration produces no effect.
